Jason Martin
Managing Director
With a successful military career as a professional engineer, Jason joined Ellis Fairbank in 1994 and pioneered the development of the Senior Executive division (placements for salaries over £75,000). Fully responsible for its strategic development and growth, this division produced a £0 - £4 million turnover in less than three years. Jason became Group Managing Director in 2002 having successfully led the Management Buyout of the EF Group in 2001.
As Managing Director, Jason’s focus is to deliver a more retained, consultative, solution-orientated business, moving into verticalised units that combine the benefits of Ellis Fairbank’s thought leadership, values and size with unrivalled sector specific propositions.
His hard work and commitment has been recognised this year by the Recruitment Business Awards, where he has been recognised for his achievements within the recruitment industry in the past year.
