Mike Thomson
Operations Director
With a background in Marketing, Mike joined Ellis Fairbank in 1994 as a recruitment consultant. Quickly promoted to a Branch Manager and then Divisional Manager, Mike was a key member of the Management Buyout team in 2001.
Mike now holds the position of Operations Director and manages a multi-discipline team across multiple sectors. He has full P&L responsibility for FMCG, Medical and Logistics recruitment divisions.
