Abe Avdiyovski
Divisional Director
After a successful eight-year career in the hotel and leisure sector, Abe joined Ellis Fairbank in September 1994.
With extensive prior experience in management, he was quickly promoted to Branch Manager and then Divisional Manager, pioneering then-new areas within the company including Medical, Industrial and International recruitment.
Abe was a key member of the Management Buyout team in 2001, and now holds the position of Divisional Director. He is responsible for managing the company’s newer specialist divisions, including TMT, International Appointments & Executive PA’s as well as other new sectors planned within our existing growth strategy.
His particular strengths include working with International clients and the newly resurgent Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.
