I have operated in the recruitment market for 4 years now, starting within the Engineering Division and I currently head up the Construction Products Division. I chose to join Ellis Fairbank instead of other opportunities because for me personally, I was looking for career progression which I believed Ellis Fairbank could offer me, since that time I have gone from Consultant to Principal Consultant to Practice Head. What I like about Ellis Fairbank is its focus on quality and building long term relationships with both clients and candidates.
