The Interim Register operates under a no risk policy whereby each of our Interim Managers go through a comprehensive pre-qualification process and have been tried and tested. They are able to demonstrate practical evidence of successfully delivering against defined objectives and of increasing efficiency within given timescales. All candidates on our records will have undergone a rigorous assessment process which includes face-to-face interviews, comprehensive referencing, competency assessments and psychometric profile testing. This is done before the client contacts us with a requirement; the Interim Managers are therefore at our disposal and ready to begin their next assignment within the tight timeframes that are often required.
