We believe that there are seven factors that separate us from our competition:

  • Proactive:  Although we have one of the most comprehensive databases in Europe, we do not rely on it.  Our remit is to go out into the market and source opportunity rather than waiting for it to find us.

  • Managed:  We will maintain control of the process from inception to completion with the person who first met the client retaining responsibility for delivering the project.  Our tools and track record are such that we don’t need to outsource any part of the search to third parties.

  • Research:  Ellis Fairbank spends hundreds of thousands of pounds a year on software, systems and research capability.  We believe that this gives us world-class technical resources to complement and support our unique approach.

  • Assessment:  Ellis Fairbank has a dedicated team and toolset designed to offer our clients a range of support and business intelligence services to give scientific authority to the acquisition process.

  • Confidentiality:  As the process is managed in-house, our clients can rest assured that we will run a discrete and focussed operation rather than a scattergun approach that can lead to sensitive information being leaked.

  • Transparency:  All timescales and targets are agreed in advance between the client and Ellis Fairbank.  We will not commit to things that we do not feel that we can deliver and in turn we will offer complete transparency of our processes so that the client can feel comfortable that all is being done to complete their project.

  • Cost Effectiveness:  Ellis Fairbank’s Recruitment and Corporate Services functions are able to benefit from similar systems allowing us to operate efficiently.  Whilst we do not see ourselves as a ‘budget’ option, we don’t see why our clients shouldn’t benefit if we are able to offer the best service at a lower price.
