We are looking for people who are currently seeking a fresh challenge, whatever their background. We will offer an award-winning approach and training as a first step into the world of executive search and selection.

 

Our Associate Programme is a six month programme designed with the intention of offering successful Associates the option of becoming Consultants.

 

 

What we look for

 

We are looking for people who are commercially aware with an enthusiasm to join our experienced teams.

 

We want to hear from people with industry experience, ideally with exposure to a consultative sales environment in telecoms/technology, transportation/ infrastructure, financial services, change management, energy, construction products, customer management, engineering, FMCG, human resources, logistics/supply chain, print and packaging or indeed the recruitment market place. However, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds with the drive to generate relationships and value add based recruitment solutions.

 

We offer a range of integrated recruitment and HR services that span attraction, selection, recruitment, development and retention of all our clients’ staffing needs.  With that in mind, we want people with an aptitude for learning, who can pick up consultative sales methodologies, and who are motivated by client satisfaction and financial rewards.

We offer unrivalled industry training alongside a strong support network from line management and more established consultants. 

 

Substantial amounts of time and money have been invested in our IT systems to provide our employees with full network access from wherever they need to work.

Associate Programme Package Options

 

Option 1

·          No basic salary

·          Commission rates based on cumulative sales as below:

-         Nil-£30,000 = 35%

-         £30,001-£50,000 = 39%

-         £50,001-£75,000 = 42%

-         £75,001-£100,000+ = 45%

 

·          Additional bonus of:

-         £2,000 at £50,000 sales

-         £5,000 at £75,000 sales

-         £10,000 at £100,000 sales

 

Option 2

·          Basic salary of £1,000 per month

·          Commission rates based on cumulative sales as below:

-         Nil-£30,000 = 32%

-         £30,001-£50,000 = 35%

-         £50,001-£75,000 = 38%

-         £75,001-£100,000+ = 39%

 

·          Additional bonus of:

-         £1,000 at £50,000 sales

-         £3,000 at £75,000 sales

-         £5,000 at £100,000 sales

 

If, after six months, you are successful, you have the option to remain on one of the above schemes or become a permanent consultant.

Structure of day

 

If your application has been successful, you will be invited to one of the above offices for a formal selection process.

 

The structure of the day will include:

 

·          An introduction to our business and its history

·          A pre-prepared presentation – topic to be confirmed in the invitation to interview

·          A short introduction into the weekly working life of an Executive Search and Selection Consultant

·          A further 10 minute presentation – topic to be given on the day

·          A competency based interview

·          A Personality Profile Questionnaire (Thomas)
